Allen went to ITT Technical Institute for Computer Networking. He has a strong focus on Customer Relations, Hardware and Software Solutions, and Troubleshooting, among many others.

Allen performs a significant portion of both in-store and on-location services. He offers our customers friendly service while maintaining professional quality. Allen has a talent in breaking down technical terms and computer jargon to common, everyday words. He is also quick to think outside of the box and to accomplish difficult tasks. Allen has been a member of the World Technology family since 2010.
