Breaking News! Spectrum’s Fiber PRI for Enterprise customers is down affecting 3 South-East states. Reports indicate that a fiber line was cut. Spectrum 24×7 dedicated Enterprise support team cannot be reached via their support number of 866-603-3199 because everything in Option 2 to report a new issue goes to a dead end. Initial tweets to @SpectrumBiz have not been answered.
