We offer excellent customer service both in the store, on location, and on the phone. We have a remote help feature so we can provide support to our customers without having them come into the shop. All that is required is an Internet connection and a computer able to start in Windows, Mac, or Linux. We can troubleshoot a majority of issues as you watch your screen. World Technology will be more than happy to help you resolve problems with your PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone, or wired/wireless network. We can also maintain and repair servers and other types of computer related items.
